Insurance
a certificate of insurance must be issued for the day of the event naming Migration Hall, Town of Kingsville, and the Greater Essex County District School Board. Liability of 2 – 3 million dollars required.

Light and Sound System Rental Policy

All outside groups (profit & non-profit) who book Migration Hall and require the use of Migration Hall Sound and Light Systems, will be required to pay the following rental schedule.

FULL SOUND SYSTEM
$500 (including speakers, patches, board, microphones, monitors, Monitor mixing board)

PARTIAL SOUND SYSTEM
$300 (including the above except monitors and monitor mix)

P.A.SYSTEM & MICROPHONES
$100
 
LIGHTING SYSTEM
$300 (including house lights, dimmers, Lighting console, gels and access to All hanging lights. Including the use of a skyjack)
 
$100 (without skyjack *no guarantee if lights will be focused correctly)

LAV MICROPHONE SYSTEM
With Technician present $50.00/mic for 3 show run
$85.00/mic for 6 show run
$100/show for Technician

Without Tech present $85.00/mic for 3 show run
$125.00/mic for 6 show run

$500 refundable security deposit
* security deposit is payable when microphones are picked up/delivered and will be returned upon inspection of all microphones and packs. If damage should occur, the deposit will be used to repair the damaged equipment. *

Booking Information and Terms

A security deposit of 25% of rental fee is required and must be paid on completion of the application for rental.
Charges for cancellations are 25% of total rental fee.
Requests for use of box office, lighting and sound systems must be approved by Hall management.
Rates are subject to change without prior notification and at the discretion of Hall management.
